 | SUNCOATER is an automated tablet coating system for efficient film and / or sugar coating of tablets with cGMP compliance in closed condition .The main unit consist of a cylindrical perforated pan with conical ends in a SS double walled enclosure. Tablets to be coated are charged into the pan. During the coating process, coating fluids are sprayed (film coating) through multiple Air borne Spray Guns mounted with in the pan. Alternatively, the sugar syrup may be administered through the front opening with the dosing assembly. A peristaltic Pump is employed for precise delivery of coating fluids / or sugar syrup. The tablet bed is gently and efficiently mixed during pan rotation with the aid of mixing baffles attached internally with in pan. The coated tablet cores are dried with heated, dehumidified air supplied from an Inlet Blower which contains a Heating system. As a result, applied coating is dried with non-contaminated, dust-free and optimized volumes of air, for producing uniformly coated tablet cores. The Suncoater is an Automatic coating system for undertaking efficient Coating of tablets in batches. This optimized system enables repeatable & versatile implementation of most types of coating including Aqueous & Organic Film coating Conventional Film coating. Functional Film coating. Enteric / sustained releases, engineered deliveries. High uniformity coating. Sugar coating. In a typical batch, a pre-determined quantity of tablet cores (ascertained by physical characteristics, densities, tumbling of tablets & nature of coating to be applied within given pan) are loaded into the perforated pan through front opening of pan. The tablet - cores are first pre- warmed by blowing commensurate Quantities of clarified drying air through the bed. The tablets are tumbled and mixed with the aid of baffles in the rotating Pan. The cores are sprayed upon with the film-forming polymers by air-atomized spray guns. The spray is delivered concurrently with the drying air for effecting rapid impingement, coalescing & formation of film. The automation & controls, spray guns, peristaltic pump system, as per validated sequence, precisely maintain coating conditions, for yielding Defined results.

 | SYSTEM DESCRIPTION: The SRMG is a Rapid mixer and granulator for efficient mixing / Kneading and wet granulating of Pharmaceutical Products with cGMP compliance in one closed vessel. This system consists of a SS Cylindrical Bowl with a truncated cone at the top. The bottom entry main impeller as well as horizontal chopper impeller are fixed to the Bowl for agitating the product - mass. Besides high precision, close – tolerance, systems is equipped with automation based control. Key Process parameters could be easily pre-set and maintained. A side entry pneumatically operated discharge valve is provided for expelling finished wet granules when main impeller is operated at slow speed. The higher efficiency mechanical drive affords maximal transfer of energy for wet granulation. The RMG is a batch type mixer cum granulator wherein, a sub-lot containing suitable ingredients is charged into the process bowl. Initially, ingredients are pre blended and then binder paste solution is administered to the charged bulk solids. Particles movement, creating by rotating the impeller blade of proprietary design, affects mixing & granulating. The flat-bottomed and truncated conical top, process bowl aids in creating spiral flow pattern that continuously re-circulate cohesive material to provide uniform mixing. Improved impeller blades design effects tangential movement of raw material for ameliorating material accumulation on bowl wall as well as producing homogenous wet granules. The strategically mounted chopper assembly provides additional shear for de-lumping the material while further enhancing the binder material distribution within the product mass. The increased void age in process bowl enhances mixing and granulating efficiency and generally draws less electrical energy. Run the machine till the desire result is achieved. The resultant product, when drawn from the granulation process will be uniform / homogenous wet granules. Emptying the bowl is normally drawn through pneumatically operated quick acting side discharge valve. Accurate speed adjustment shall permit tight control and reproducibility of the mixing and granulating process in RMG unit.

 | SYSTEM DESCRIPTION: The SFBD is used for Drying of powders and particulates (Capable of being fluidised) with cGMP compliance. The System is based on Air suspension technology. The main unit consists of the following a) Air inlet chamber b) Process containers equipped with sandwich plate construction. c) Expansion chamber cum Filtration chamber. Powders / Granules to be processed are suitably filled into the process bowl. Substrates are fluidised and dried in expansion chambers with heated air supplied through filters of 10 Micron and 5 Microns & 0.3 HEPA. During fluidisation process the filter bag may be alternately shacked to ensure non-adherence of fines generated from process. Exhaust blower evacuates fluidising air through suspended substrates with in processing chamber(s). During a typical batch, the material to be dried is charged into the Container of the Dryer and sealed with main processing chamber. The filtered and heated air is introduced into the Inlet Air Plenum. The Plenum distributes the process air across the fluidizing plate that separates the product from the Plenum. Based on the module selected, the distribution and proportions of in-flowing air varies contingent upon the Aerator Plate at the bottom of the product container. The fluidizing air assures uniform contact of discrete particle with drying air, suspending, lifting and maintaining the feed in fluidized state. Fluidization also provides a random pattern of particle motion promoting air mixing with in the process chamber. Once the process air has transferred its energy to the material it enters the Expansion Chamber, where the air stream decelerates allowing entrained particles to fall out of suspension and downward due to gravity. The cyclic pattern is continued until the desired results are attained. The process is interspersed at programmed intervals for cleaning the Exhaust Air Filter bag located above the expansion zone. There by retaining the entrapped fine particulates within the processing chamber.

 | It is a combination of sifter & multimill Process – Put the un-even size material in to the product charging hopper. With the help of screw in the housing material will move towards the sifter. In sifter there is a perforated drum shell along with the scraper blade. Material passes through the mesh of sifter and the oversize material will move forward towards the milling section. Oversize material will pass through the milling process in this process with the help of chopping blades & the mesh all material discharger in the required size.

 | The Tray dryer incorporates a double walled insulated drying cabinet provided with trays holding trolley. The inlet blower with heaters facilitates the speedy and uniform drying of powders/granules etc. to the desired moisture content. This is a versatile machine with several outstanding features both functionally and mechanically. The chamber geometry ensures that the drying operation is carried out efficiently and in a reasonable time. The heaters will be either electrical or steam coil type. The incoming air temperature is controlled as per the preset value of temperature controller. The system has different points for indicating process zone temperature with multi channel indicator to have an over view of the drying cycle.
