Our clients can avail from us a wide gamut of Conta Blender that is manufactured in compliance with GMP norms and provide uniform mixing / lubrication of powder / granules. These conta blenders offer better mixing performance as compared to conventional Blenders like Double Cone Blender, V-Shape Blender, Octagonal Blender, Polygonal Blender, etc. This blender operates on the principle of dust free transfer of powders / granules at different stages from sizing / dispensing to compression / filling of tablets, capsules or dry powder.
Construction & Functioning:
- The system consists of a mobile bin which is clamped to a rotating arm having lifting arrangement
- The bunker is loaded with sized granules to be mixed and is clamped to the rotating arm and locked
- The material is tumbled partial void inside the bin for a pre-determined period
- Conta Blender rotates in a diagonal and eccentric plane, shuffling the product intimately and resulting in homogenous blend within 5-20 minutes approximately
- It has flexibility of batch volume wherein varying size of containers can be mounted on a drive console, which is equipped with clamping arms.
- Bunker / bin is clamped to the Conta arm.
- Design of arm is such that the shell is given a tilt of 15°, thereby giving uniform mixing /lubrication of powder / granules

| Double Cone Blender | | |
We provide a range of Double Cone Blender that is extremely effective for mixing dry powder and granules in a homogeneous manner. In order to ensure proper mixing, two-thirds of the volume of the cone blender is filled with the ingredients.

Salient Features:
- The conical shape at both ends
- enables uniform mixing and easy discharge
- The cone is statically balanced to avoid any excessive load on the gear box and motor
- While the powder can be loaded into the cone through a wider R, C opening, it can be discharged through a Mucon valve or a slide valve.
- Depending upon the product, paddle type baffles can be provided on the shaft for better mixing
- Maximum care has been taken to ensure safe operation of the unit. It can also be operated through a timer.
- The contact parts are made of 5.5.304 or 5.5.316 quality as per requirement flame-proof motor can be supplied as optional
- Capacity: 20 liters to 3000 liters
